  The food was lovely and hot, as was the service. My husband said, the men’s toilets are filthy, no toilet paper.
  The women’s toilets are clean. Why the difference.
  My husband told the young lady about there being no toilet paper and about the filth. There is a broken chair, not even cordoned off. Most unsafe.
  
  Guess nothing will happen.

  Avoid buying from this store through Ubereats or Menulog. The lady on the phone claims they receive the order differently. When I ordered the "grilled Chicken Bacon & Cheese", they see only the 'grilled chicken'.
  So:
  *Bacon was missing on the Grilled Chicken Bacon &
  Cheeseburger!
  
  But still does not explain how:
  * Spicy JFC burger only had sauce and the lettuce!
  * sweet n' sour and spicy sauce which I was charged for to be missing
  
  However, the woman I spoke to over the phone at store was kind enough to instruct me to get a refund and gave me a reference number to 'pick up' any large meal from the store.

  the Grill master suppose to be double angus patties its missing a patties , Choc Sundas melt like milk shake , worst one is the ONION RING its burn and stick together like a balls with charcoal flavour ........Hungry Jack parklea need a massive improvement in quality

  Decided to try this Hungry Jack's store after a very disappointing experience at a different local store and from now on we will only eat here. We ordered and ate in store and for my family of six our meals were all made correctly. The burgers were fresh and delicious and the chips & onion rings were hot and crispy. While eating I was watching the staff run the counter and drive-thru and they were very well managed and organised. We all had a very enjoyable meal, thank you.

  This place deserves 0 stars. Food cold and poorly made. Staff behind counter rude. No toilet paper. No hand soap. Broken chairs. Broken stools. Food scraps and rubbish everywhere. Absolutely appalling. Avoid avoid avoid!

  Good store needs little upgrade but at times free refil drinks do get out of stock as management do not plan well. Overall they are good.
