  I found Sydney Conveyancing after I initially used an online service that was out sourcing to Manila (but that’s a whole other story). From my first interaction with Sonja from Sydney Conveyancing, I found her to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. She put my mind at ease immediately after my other experience.   ❌ AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ❌‼
  Do your research - sort reviews by lowest first and you will see the sort of service you will get from Preet @ Sydney Conveyancing.
  
  If you’re lucky, have the most straight forward purchase ever and know nothing about the buying process then you might get away with an adequate experience.
  
  From the very beginning Preet was incompetent and negligent. Ultimately costing me my time, sanity and literally thousands of dollars due to her mistakes and laziness.
  
  Even my broker who has dealt with thousands of conveyancers was amazed with how bad her service was and the impact this had on our property purchase.
  
  ❌ Continually had to chase her to meet deadlines and do her job (like follow up vendor for contract review before auction)
  ❌ I had to find documentation like the building insurance of my purchase myself as she was unable to
  ❌ She didn’t understand the difference between public liability insurance and building insurance
  ❌ Didn’t advise against unfavourable terms in the contract that lead to us not being able to contest damages to the property between contract & settlement
  ❌ Did not understand special levies that existed for our property and kept missing them when negotiating our contract
  ❌ We ended up having to pay thousands more in special levies that should have been paid by the vendor due to her incompetence
  
  She even got my current address and my wife’s name wrong on our contract!! The list goes on...
  
  Preet has a long response time, plus works short hours and refuses to work outside these, so keep this in mind if you’re trying to secure a property which might be time sensitive.
